Core Mechanics
Updates land as numbered patches — 1.0.3 through 1.0.8 between late July and early August 2026 — plus cosmetic DLC like the Summer Sea Set. Patch 1.0.7 notably added matchmaking for co-op, and official announcements have covered milestones, livestreams and the in-development console versions.
Advantages
A rapid patch cadence shows an active development team. Cosmetic-only DLC keeps power balance untouched. Official announcements are transparent about sales and roadmap.
Challenges
Fast updates mean tier lists and guides can go stale quickly. Some patches introduce changes that need re-testing. Console news is confirmed but still lacks concrete dates.
